Improvements

  • Stricter Event ID Validation: When requesting a list of custom event pixel URLs on a native ads request, Adzerk now validates the list of custom event ID much more strongly. Valid event IDs are integers from 1 to 1,000 with 800-999 set aside for your custom events.

  • Configurable Passback Timeouts: You can now change the default passback timeout for each of your Adchain priorities via the management API. (details)

  • Improved Pubmatic Video Support: We worked with Pubmatic to pass them more technical video player metadata. This helps them better fill video demand.

Known Issues

  • Campaign, Flight, & Creative Status Not Updating in UI: The internal system that updates the progress of each campaign, flight, and ad for display in our UI started putting too much load on our databases recently. This has no effect on ad serving, but it greatly slowed down our management API & UI. Because of this slow-down we've temporarily disabled the status display in the UI while we work on the underlying system.
