Management UI users can now update multiple Flights at once to edit the following attributes in bulk: activeness, start date, end date, priority, goal type, goal amount, rate type, and price.

Fixed eCPM Partition issue

Fixed an issue with the calculation of burn-in for inventory that uses eCPM Partitions.
