Using Catalog with Console

Using Kevel Catalog with Console enables self-service advertisers to easily set up and manage product ads and native product ads.

Tables

Console works with the following Catalog table types. All these tables can be configured by your Kevel solutions architect.

  • kevel/products — required for product ads & native product ads
  • kevel/ad-templates — required for product ads & native product ads
  • kevel/categories — required for category targeting only (in limited release)
  • kevel/ad-provenance — for the "already in this Campaign" product filter (in limited release)
  • kevel/search-terms — for recommended search terms in search term targeting (in limited release)

Aliases

The following aliases are required within the kevel/products table. These can all be configured by your Kevel solutions architect.

  • kevel/brand-id — required; drives advertiser access by brand ID
  • kevel/name — required; populates product name
  • kevel/image — required
  • kevel/brand-name — recommended. Falls back to kevel/brand-id if absent
  • kevel/merchant-id + kevel/merchant-name — Required only if advertiser access will be controlled by merchant ID instead of brand. Relevant for marketplace use cases.
  • kevel/categories — required for category targeting only (in limited release)

The following aliases are required within the kevel/categories table, when used:

  • kevel/name
